DUTIES:

To assist the Front Office / Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office department ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in consistent with and Shangri-La Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Front Office operation and administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With minimum of 3 years experience in an international hotel in the similar capacity.
  • Presentable and well groomed.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Ability to interact with guests.
  • Passionate about guest satisfaction.
  • Must have background in Opera System.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
