MISSIONS :
Liste non-exhaustive des activités & tâches
- Assurer le suivi et l’organisation des mises en place du restaurant en cohérence avec les prévisions d’occupation et les cahiers de réservation ;
- Assurer les prises de commande client, contrôler la satisfaction client et assurer l’ensemble du processus de facturation client ;
- Participer aux différentes formations des collaborateurs ;
- Participer au contrôle des stocks et au respect des règles d’hygiène ;
- Assurer une communication positive et véhiculer une bonne image de l’établissement lors d’interactions avec la clientèle et ses collaborateurs ;
- Encourager et motiver ses collaborateurs.

About you
- Excellente présentation, sens du service et aisance relationnelle ;
- Sensible aux détails et avec un bon esprit d’équipe ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais indispensable, une troisième langue appréciée ;
- Maîtrise du pack Office et connaissances des logiciels hôteliers appréciées.
