Our successful Assistant Reservations Managers …
• Manage Reservations: Oversee room bookings, group reservations, and special requests.
• Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, handle reservations-related complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Revenue Management: Monitor room availability and assist in managing room rates and occupancy levels.
• Team Supervision: Train, supervise, and support the reservations team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with all related departments, like with Sales in maximising revenue, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Reporting: Work closely with Revenue manager in preparing and analysing reservation and revenue reports, on Daily / Weekly and monthly basis.

About you
• good numeracy skills,
• verbal and written English skills;
• Hotel / Tourism School Diploma or Degree;
• at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have Opera experience
