SWOT Hospitality is looking for a committed, creative, and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible to assist in managing the restaurant's operation during the shift, supervise service staff, conduct necessary training, and provide the best service to the guests and patrons. All duties are to be performed under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager.SWOT Hospitality offers you an extraordinary work experience to grow and develop with our amazing diverse workforce. Also, We do provide duty meals for all our employees.

About you
An ideal candidate must have an excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality by curating a wonderful guest experience through service, and extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge. An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years of proven work experience in a stand-alone restaurant industry. A degree in Business Management or an equivalent and additional experience, education, training, or certifications is a plus.
