Position Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality, Business or related fields.

 

Experience: 3 -5+ Years

 

Job Location: Mumbai

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Source, screen, and onboard candidates for cruise positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads and manage end-to-end hiring.
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards.

Skills Set: 

  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or maritime recruitment is a plus.
  • Familiar with ATS tools and industry hiring practices.

·      Lead recruitment efforts for onboard roles in the cruise and hospitality sectors.

·      Preference will be given to candidates with hospitality/maritime hiring experience.
