Luggage Porter

We are looking for charming and thoughtful individuals with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Luggage Porter.

As a Luggage Porter you will:

• Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression whilst assisting them with their luggage according to the required standards and above
• Ensure that the entrance, lobby area and other front of house areas are kept in a presentable and welcoming condition
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Take initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner
• Assist the Doorperson/Concierge with valet parking in the hotel’s garage

Successful Luggage Porters have:

• Excellent guest engagement skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• Full UK clean driving licence
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
