Il tirocinante avrà l’opportunità di far parte dell’ufficio Training per i due alberghi The Westin Palace e Sheraton Diana Majestic. Il candidato supporterà l’ufficio Training e parteciperà ad attività quali: selezione dei candidati, screening dei curricula, organizzazione e monitoraggio delle procedure e dei programmi di sviluppo organizzativi, analisi dei bisogni formativi, organizzazione e follow up dei corsi interni di formazione, employer branding (career day), organizzazione e supervisione di attività ed eventi per i nostri dipendenti.
