About the job
Tridente Collection è alla ricerca di un/a Segretario/a di ricevimento turnante per nostra struttura alberghiera di Roma, sita nel centro di Roma.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
• garantire un servizio di accoglienza ed assistenza dedicata all’Ospite, curando check-in e check-out.
• fornire informazioni sui vari servizi forniti dalla struttura nonché in merito a manifestazioni culturali, itinerari turistici, suggerimenti enogastronomici della città;
• adempiere tutte le attività amministrative riguardanti la Reception.
Il candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
• Pregressa esperienza nel medesimo ruolo in strutture quattro stelle;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e, preferibilmente, di una seconda lingua straniera;
• Conoscenza dei software di gestione alberghiera, preferibilmente Protel;
• Spiccate doti organizzative e comunicative;
• Capacità di lavorare in team e attitudine al problem solving;
• Disponibilità full time a lavorare su turni e ottima gestione dello stress.
Si offre un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, con concrete possibilità di stabilizzazione; inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza secondo il contratto collettivo del CCNL Turismo - Confcommercio.
