Are you customer obsessed and a self-confessed Aviation enthusiast? We could have the perfect role for you supporting us over our busy summer season as Customer Support Agent.

Based onsite at Brussels Airport our Customer Support Agents ensure our customers get away fuss free to enjoy their holiday and make memories.
You’ll be the face of TUI that greets our passengers alongside learning so much about how an Airline and Airport operates.

As the work will be shift based and not always the most sociable hours, you will need to live close to the airport and be willing to commit to a flexible shift pattern.
To meet the demands of the flying programme we are happy to consider full time or part time hours. So you let us know what works best for you!

TUI has a truly international culture and so do our customers, so your language skills will be key and we promise no 2 days will ever be the same in this role – variety is guaranteed. 

These roles are offered on a temporary contract to end November 2024.

ABOUT THE ROLE
 
  • You’ll welcome our customers at the airport

  • Our passengers can count on your assistance during baggage check-in and boarding

  • In the event of delays or problems, you’re on hand to help passengers as quickly and efficiently as possible. You provide the right solution for the right situation

  • If travelers wish to leave last-minute, you are also the person who will sell the plane tickets

  • You’ll also responsible for other administrative tasks (handling e-mails, sending mail, etc.). In addition, you will also help with the distribution and stock management of promotional material, business gifts and office materials.

  • You are customer-friendly and commercially minded
  • In our international environment, you can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English
  • In addition, you have a healthy sense of responsibility and you come across as familiar and well-groomed to our customers
  • Word, Outlook, Excel; you know the MS Office package like the back of your hand!
  • A flexible (full time or part-time) schedule does not scare you, you are fully happy to work alternately in morning/day/night shifts. You’re also willing to work during weekends and holidays.
