A Empregada de Andares ocupa-se da limpeza e arrumação dos quartos e respetivos acessos, do recebimento e entrega de roupas aos hóspedes e da troca das roupas dos quartos.

Venha fazer parte de uma equipa extraordinária de especialistas em hospitalidade, focados na sua paixão em proporcionar as melhores experiências de luxo a todos os hóspedes num ambiente em família.

Nesta função irá desempenhar:

Receber a escala de serviço do dia;
Arrumar e preparar o kit necessário para assegurar o serviço;
Limpar e arrumar os quartos e/ou vilas, de acordo com os standars da hospitalidade de Luxo;
Assegurar o serviço de turndown;
Arrumar o stock de roupa;
Entregar o serviço atempadamente e garantir que tudo fica orientado para o/a colega que for iniciar o turno seguinte.

Esperamos que tenha:

Conhecimento de português e inglês;
Experiência anterior na função (preferencial);
Conhecimento básico de máquinas afetas à sua função;
Conhecimento básico de manuseamento de detergentes e químicos afetos à função;
Boa capacidade de organização e método de trabalho;
Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
Agir de forma eficaz e eficiente sobre pressão;
Atenção ao detalhe, preocupação com o pormenor e com a excelência;
Assiduidade, pontualidade, responsabilidade.
