We are looking for a Restaurant Captain who is responsible for supervising service staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, handling customer concerns, and maintaining service standards.

Supervise and coordinate waiters, runners, and service staff
Ensure guests receive prompt and professional service
Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service quality
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Support staff during busy service periods
Train and guide junior service team members
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
Monitor billing accuracy and payment procedures
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards
Assist in opening and closing restaurant procedures
