We are looking for a Restaurant Captain who is responsible for supervising service staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, handling customer concerns, and maintaining service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate waiters, runners, and service staff
- Ensure guests receive prompt and professional service
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service quality
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Support staff during busy service periods
- Train and guide junior service team members
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
- Monitor billing accuracy and payment procedures
