About the job

We are looking for a Restaurant Captain who is responsible for supervising service staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, handling customer concerns, and maintaining service standards.


  • Supervise and coordinate waiters, runners, and service staff
  • Ensure guests receive prompt and professional service
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests
  • Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service quality
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Support staff during busy service periods
  • Train and guide junior service team members
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
  • Monitor billing accuracy and payment procedures
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards
