Who is the course for?

In this masterclass, your instructor will be the talented Italian chef Antonia Klugmann. Raised in a Jewish-Italian family, Antonia’s passion for cooking began unexpectedly while studying law in Milan. She shifted her focus from legal texts to culinary creativity, starting her career under top chef Raffaello Mazzolini, where she learned the art of balancing traditional techniques with innovation. In 2014, Antonia opened her restaurant L'Argine a Vencò, quickly earning a star from the MICHELIN Guide in 2015 for her unique approach, which showcases unusual combinations of ingredients and a refined use of herbs. Known as one of Italy’s most promising chefs, Antonia’s cuisine is a thoughtful blend of her cultural heritage and a modern take on local produce.
