Experience the Food & Beverage Department in a luxury resort environment through a J-1 training in the USA. During the program, you will experience most areas of the F&B department through rotations in the different outlets on property. The program is designed to give you the experience needed to excel in the hospitality industry when you return home.

The Fast Track J-1 Intern & Trainee Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State with the goal of allowing foreigners to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to train in their occupational field. Fast Track USA by Hosco, powered by ITN & Odyssey programs can last a maximum of 12 months.
💰Program Fees: Pricing of the program starts at 2,765 USD and increases depending on the length of your stay and the services included in the package. Financing options are available for the participants and should be discussed during the selection process.

🤝RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Excellence:
- Assist in providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Learn and apply standards of hospitality, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and handling customer inquiries.
Food & Beverage Operations:
- Gain exposure to various F&B outlets, such as restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Support in setting up dining areas, preparing mise en place, and ensuring tables are properly set according to service standards.
Menu Knowledge and Assistance:
- Acquire knowledge about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings.
- Assist in explaining menu items to guests and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Team Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with F&B staff to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless communication during service periods.
Training and Development:
- Attend training sessions focused on service standards, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance F&B skills and understand different aspects of restaurant operations.

Who is the course for?
This internship is for you if:
✔ You are currently enrolled in a minimum two-year hospitality related degree program, or
✔ You have graduated from a minimum two-year degree in a hospitality related field within the last 12 months.
