The Fast Track J-1 Intern & Trainee Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State with the goal of allowing foreigners to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to train in their occupational field. Fast Track USA by Hosco, powered by ITN & Odyssey programs can last a maximum of 12 months.
💰Program Fees: Pricing of the program starts at 2,765 USD and increases depending on the length of your stay and the services included in the package. Financing options are available for the participants and should be discussed during the selection process.

🤝RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Office Operations:
- Assist in front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Learn and utilize hotel reservation systems.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with managing room inventory and allocations.
Housekeeping Operations:
- Gain insight into housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Participate in room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist in managing housekeeping supplies and inventory.
Reservations and Revenue Management:
- Gain exposure to reservation systems and booking processes.
- Assist in analyzing room availability and implementing revenue management strategies.
- Work with the reservations team to ensure accurate bookings and guest information.
Guest Services:
- Engage in providing guest services and addressing guest needs.
- Assist in managing special requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Learn about guest relations and problem-solving in a hospitality setting.
Training and Development:
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance hospitality skills.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to understand operational challenges and solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning to expand knowledge in hospitality management.

This internship is for you if:
✔ You are currently enrolled in a minimum two-year hospitality related degree program, or
✔ You have graduated from a minimum two-year degree in a hospitality related field within the last 12 months.
