Housekeeping Operations: - Gain insight into housekeeping procedures and standards. - Participate in room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards are met. - Assist in managing housekeeping supplies and inventory. Reservations and Revenue Management: - Gain exposure to reservation systems and booking processes. - Assist in analyzing room availability and implementing revenue management strategies. - Work with the reservations team to ensure accurate bookings and guest information. Guest Services: - Engage in providing guest services and addressing guest needs. - Assist in managing special requests and ensuring guest satisfaction. - Learn about guest relations and problem-solving in a hospitality setting.
