What you will learn
Here at the Academy, our students acquire an in-depth understanding of in Food & Beverage Management, Restaurant Management, Gastronomy knowledge, Hospitality finance & accounting, Event management & planning and other subjects that help them build the transferrable skills and creativity needed to cope with the dynamic world of Hospitality. The F&B Management program is part of an innovative pedagogical dynamics that encourage managerial creativity and it could be directly applied. During their education, the students are given industry-specific projects that enable the development of project management methodology, group dynamics, leadership and creativity. This teaching method encourages students to work in a team and to demonstrate the ability to think swiftly in a context of operational and managerial feasibility.
