Course overview

The Master in Hotel Management, taught in association with the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, aims to provide a strategic and global vision of a manager for the development of skills for professional practice in international hotel groups

What you will learn

a) Develop technical capacities in the accounting, financial, strategic and commercial, communication and cultural, and technical-operational dimensions (accommodation, food and beverages, maintenance, security, quality, human resources); b) Enhance the application of knowledge, combining leadership skills with professional skills in the course's areas of intervention; c) Provide relevant information and solutions for the development of proactive capacities in direction and management, considering the multifactorial internal and external contexts of the hotel activity; d) Develop supervisory and strategic management capabilities, following the good practices in force and applicable to the sector; e) Inculcate the need for a high degree of autonomy and lifelong learning.
