The Specialization Course is designed for all the students who desire to improve their skills through a unique experience that will help them refine their Italian cooking style, to better grasp the “Mediterranean philosophy” and to learn new techniques to display elegant and modern dishes. IFSE has developed a training program full of innovative recipes and Food Design training, as well as in-depth study of dishes.

Who is the course for?

Each lesson of the course will give the opportunity to learn the true Italian cuisine through the study of each dish, focusing on the taste, the chromatic feature, and the plating. Students will learn innovative cooking methods to better manage the raw materials. The course is intended for those who have attended culinary schools or basic cooking classes, as well as professionals in the tourism/hotel sector, chefs with previous experience, and other related type of professionals and foreign students.
