The course covers 8 important topics in the culinary industry: Introduction to Sustainability, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Seafood, Water, Energy, Waste Management and Nutrition.
This course is designed for all culinary professionals who are interested in leading themselves and their business towards sustainable practices and improved profitability.
Participants are eligible to receive a Feed The Planet digital badge and certificate upon completion of the program.
The course is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.
