Who is the course for?

Your instructor in this masterclass will be the driven Armenian chef, Karen Torosyan. At the age of 13, Karen decided to become a jeweler and dedicate his life to this art. However, life had other plans, and at 18, he had to move with his family to Belgium and start all over again. It was in Brussels that Chef Torosyan finally discovered his passion for cooking and decided to enroll in a culinary school. There he learned all about the great French classics and fell in love with this cuisine. In 2010, Karen opened his first restaurant, Bozar, in Brussels. Since then, Bozar has been awarded 2 stars from the MICHELIN Guide in 2023 for his magnificent and artistic creations, most notably his famous Pâté en Croûte. All his hard work and talent have also earned the chef the title of World Champion of Pâté en Croûte.
