Who is the course for?
In this masterclass, your instructor will be the dedicated British chef Sam Cooper. Raised amidst the rich farmland of Shropshire, Sam's culinary journey began at home, inspired by his mother’s exceptional home-cooked meals. Later on and for over a decade, Sam worked in renowned restaurants that prioritized sustainability and quality and crafted menus that celebrated the finest organic Welsh produce. Nowadays, Sam is an avid fermenter, gardener, and author. Known online as Chef Sam Black, he shares his expertise through his books, courses, and social media platforms with a following of over 500,000 people.
