Taught exclusively on our Marnella campus, you will learn business management theory and develop in-depth knowledge of the wider hotel management perspective. Whether you have a hospitality background or are changing career, you will be exposed to the operational management issues and strategic choices that hotel managers face, and gain the skills needed to make the right executive decisions. In your first semester, you will get the inside track on hotel operations, including rooms, housekeeping, front desk and F&B. You will also sharpen your financial, operational and people management skills. The second term covers strategy, asset management, sustainability and events before tackling an applied business capstone project. You will also experience an immersive business field trip. An optional six-month professional internship at the end of the program provides an opportunity to apply everything you have learned in class and gain invaluable real-world experience.
