Taught exclusively on our Crans-Montana campus, this is our flagship graduate program. In one intensive year you will set yourself up for a senior managerial position. Includes field trips to Chicago and Shanghai, a choice of two career-focused specializations in your second semester, plus a real-world Consultancy Project with a leading hospitality brand. For the forward-looking, internationally minded learners keen to catalyze change. For the achievers wanting to progress to senior managerial positions or to explore entrepreneurship. Immerse yourself in a creative and entrepreneuship-focused program with diverse courses covering all facets of the industry. Developed in collaboration with industry experts to ensure maximum relevance to hospitality trends and demands, our curriculum integrates business strategy, management theory and real-world problem-solving. Hospitality Immersion Program (HIP) Essential grounding in the fundamentals of hospitality. Designed for students without a hospitality degree/relevant experience, but recommended for all. Semester 1 Includes personal development and leadership skills, innovation, financial analysis, marketing, consumer behavior and insights, hospitality economics and advanced management topics, plus first international field trip. Semester 2 Includes business strategies and performance monitoring, corporate finance, data analytics and decision making, plus second international field trip. In your second semester of study, you can choose one of two specializations: • Advanced Revenue and Performance Management • Hospitality Entrepreneurship and Business Development These advanced topics have been created with your future career in mind. Each specialization incorporates our unique Consultancy Project, giving you the opportunity to devise solutions to real-life business challenges directly related to your specialization. It's not a case study; it's real consultancy for real companies.

Minimum Age : 23 years old and above Education : Bachelor-level undergraduate degree (business or hospitality preferred) Our stellar reputation means we have a long list of international companies eager to recruit Les Roches graduates. Around 200 of them visit our campuses every year.
