HOW WE HAVE OBTAINED YOUR DATA

Your data has been obtained from the commercial or contractual relationships (present or past) between HOSCO and the company, entity or organization that you work for or collaborate with.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

We process only the data regarding your business contact information related to the company, entity or organization that you work for or collaborate with for the legitimate purposes explained later on.

WHAT WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR

Your business contact information will be processed exclusively in order for HOSCO to maintain commercial or contractual relationships or collaborate with the company, entity or organization that you work for or collaborate with.

Furthermore, and if the company, entity or organization is a client of HOSCO, we may use your business contact information in order to send commercial communications related to our entity and which are of a similar nature to those that motivate the relationship between our entity and the company, entity or organization that you work for or collaborate with.

WHY WE MAY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The processing of your business contact data related to the relationship of the company, entity or organization that you work for or collaborate with and HOSCO responds to a legitimate purpose of our entity expressly recognized in the privacy regulation.

The processing of your personal data for sending commercial communications to clients regarding HOSCO’s activities which are similar to those that account for the relationship with the company, entity or organization you work for or collaborate with, responds to a legitimate interest of our entity and is duly authorized by the existing regulation.

WHEN AND FOR WHAT REASONS WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Your data may be transferred to the following recipients, for the purposes hereby described:

  • Public Administrations: for compliance with legal obligations that HOSCO is subject to due to its activity
  • Service providers that require access to your data in order to execute the services HOSCO has hired, in which
  • case HOSCO will have signed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by law in order to protect your privacy.

You will be informed of any other data transfer HOSCO may need to carry out in the future.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

HOSCO has hired technology service providers located in countries that do not have a data protection regulation equivalent to the European (“Third Countries”). These service providers have signed confidentiality and data processing agreements with HOSCO as required by the regulation for Third Country service providers, which guarantee an accurate level of privacy.

HOW LONG WE WILL STORE YOUR DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of your relationship with HOSCO and, once it is terminated (whichever the cause), for the applicable legal terms. In this case, the data will be processed only as needed to demonstrate compliance with our legal or contractual obligations. Once these terms have been met, your data will be eliminated or, alternatively, anonymized.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, erasure, restrict, portability and object to this processing through the postal and electronic addresses indicated in this communication.

Furthermore, if you consider the processing of your personal data violates the regulation or your privacy rights, you may file a claim:

  • To the electronic and postal addresses previously indicated.
  • To the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) to its electronic or postal addresses.”
