Hawaii Revenue and Booking Manager

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management

• Maximize revenue through effective pricing and occupancy management for each property while considering wear and tear on the homes.
• Analyze local market trends and events to adjust pricing strategies and boost revenue.

Bookings and Guest Relations

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, company website, and direct bookings).
• Facilitate the booking process, including the preparation and return of rental agreements before guests’ arrival.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints to ensure a high-quality experience.

Listing and Platform Management

• Keep listings accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
• Create listings for new properties as they are added to the portfolio.
• Maintain Superhost status or equivalent on Airbnb/VRBO by upholding high standards.
• Regularly update the website to enhance SEO.

Advertising and Guest Engagement

• Collaborate with the Google Ads team to optimize ad performance.
• Send monthly newsletters to past guests and follow up with guests post-checkout to encourage return bookings.
• Stay active on social media to increase visibility and engage prospective guests.
• Explore new advertising channels to expand the properties' reach.

Reporting and Coordination

• Submit weekly booking updates and collaborate with the onsite team.
• Deliver weekly activity and performance reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and booking systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO) and website management.
• Familiarity with digital advertising and social media.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Availability in the evenings and weekends for response on guest inquiries and urgent issues related to the guests and the homes.
