Le Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo est à la recherche d’un(e) Cuisinier(ère) pour rejoindre l'équipe de Cuisine.
Tu as la fibre de la restauration et tu es ultra motivé(e), rejoins-nous !
La première impression est toujours la bonne ! En tant qu’apprenti, vous serez formés sur le métier de l’accueil et de la Réception.
Votre rôle :
· Accueillir les clients, assurer le check-in et check-out, établir la facturation et l'encaissement en garantissant un service exceptionnel
· Assurer l’accueil téléphonique et la prise de réservation
· Proposer une expérience personnalisée pour le client
· Promouvoir les équipements de l'établissement, améliorer le séjour des clients en proposant des services
· Applique les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel
· Incarne l’esprit Heartist dans ses interactions avec les clients
Vous allez réussir et vous allez nous montrer votre Extra-Smile car on aime voir votre sourire et vous n’avez pas peur de sortir du cadre. Pour vous, la qualité est primordiale : vous aimez faire plaisir et surprendre les clients pour qu’ils s’en souviennent longtemps.
