Job Description

Position: Apprentice
Department: Hotel Operations
Location: Novotel Lucknow
Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Assist the team in day-to-day hotel operations as assigned.
• Support departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other operational areas.
• Ensure smooth coordination with team members during shifts.

Guest Service

• Greet guests professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Assist guests with basic queries and ensure prompt service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in line with Accor brand standards.

Learning & Development

• Participate actively in departmental training and learning programs.
• Understand hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, grooming standards, and guest interaction procedures.
• Learn operational processes and service standards under the guidance of supervisors.

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures as per hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance guidelines.

Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
