Job DescriptionSO/ Sotogrande, un lujoso complejo turístico situado en la bella localidad costera de Sotogrande, España, busca un a persona entusiasta y orientada al detalle para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo. Esta emocionante oportunidad te ofrece la posibilidad de iniciar tu carrera en Recursos Humanos mientras contribuyes al crecimiento y desarrollo de nuestra organización.
- Ayudar en el proceso de contratación, incluyendo la selección de currículos, programación de entrevistas, y la coordinación con los responsables de contratación
- Apoyar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos empleados, asegurando una transición sin problemas en la organización
- Ayudar a mantener los registros de los empleados y bases de datos de recursos humanos, garantizando la exactitud y confidencialidad
- Ayudar en la organización y coordinación de programas de formación y actividades de compromiso de los empleados
- Contribuir al desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos
- Proporcionar apoyo administrativo al equipo de People & Culture, incluyendo la preparación de documentos y archivo
- Ayudar en asuntos de relaciones laborales y ayudar a fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo
- Apoyar al equipo en diversos proyectos e iniciativas de recursos humanos según sea necesario.
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o un campo relacionado
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita
- Dominio del software de RRHH y de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Conocimientos básicos de prácticas y procedimientos de RR.HH.
- Capacidad para mantener una estricta confidencialidad y manejar información sensible
- Excelente gestión del tiempo y capacidad de organización
- Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Entusiasmo por aprender y crecer en el campo de los RR.HH.
- Se valorará la experiencia laboral en prácticas o a tiempo parcial en RR.HH. o un campo relacionado
- Se valorará el conocimiento básico de las leyes y normativas laborales españolas
- Se requiere fluidez en inglés.
