Il nuovissimo AKI Family Resort PLOSE è aperto da novembre 2024 per i nostri ospiti grandi e piccoli. La nostra missione è quella di rendere felici i nostri ospiti ogni giorno con la nostra "missione della felicità". Per rafforzare il nostro team nel resort a 5* AKI Family Resort PLOSE a Mellaun/Bressanone, cerchiamo un / una Commis de Rang (f/m/d) da settembre 2025.

Le tue responsabilità:
- Accogliere e assistere cordialmente i nostri ospiti, indipendentemente dall'età, sempre con il sorriso
- Consigliare piatti e bevande e spiegare le opzioni di menu in modo chiaro e semplice con un linguaggio comprensibile anche ai bambini
- Garantire un corretto svolgimento del processo di lavoro durante il servizio pasti e assicurare che tutti gli ospiti si sentano a loro agio e benvenuti
- Collaborare strettamente con il Chef de Rang per garantire un servizio eccellente
Il tuo profilo:
- Esperienza nel settore della ristorazione e/o dell'ospitalità
- Personalità cordiale e aperta, con un forte senso di responsabilità e orientato all’ospitalità
- Capacità di lavorare in team, capacità di problem solving e ottima capacità di gestione dell’ospite
- Flessibilità negli orari di lavoro, inclusi weekend e festività
- Entusiasmo per il lavoro con persone di tutte le età e capacità di adattarsi alle esigenze dei nostri piccoli ospiti
