Head of Bakery Production

Rumbaba is an artisanal café-bakery where bread, quality, and taste are paramount.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Bread Production who will play a central role in the daily operations of our bakery and be responsible for our bread technology – from nighttime production to quality assurance and delivery to our locations.
⚠️ Our bread technology was developed by a professional bakery technologist and is taught through structured training.
This position requires consistent work according to defined processes, their implementation, assurance, and dissemination – not the development of your own methods.

Your Responsibilities
• Operational management of bread production with daily hands-on involvement
• Implementation of Rumbaba bread technology according to clear recipes and standards
• Training of the team and ensuring consistent quality
• Planning and organization of production processes and shifts
• Monitoring of logistics, outgoing goods, and product availability
• Compliance with all hygiene, safety, and food safety standards

Your Profile
• Experience in bread making (kneading, fermentation, shaping, baking)
• Experience in managing production or shift processes
• High level of accuracy, discipline, and structured work style
• Ability to work according to clear guidelines and share knowledge
• Reliable, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to actively participate in production, especially at the beginning
