Human Resources Internship

As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources

department with various administrative tasks. This internship will provide

you with valuable exposure to HR operations and help you develop essential

skills in a professional HR setting.

• General administration — supporting daily HR tasks, organising documents, scheduling, and completing admin requests.
• Filing duties — maintaining physical and digital files, updating indexes, and ensuring proper organisation.
• Answering calls — greeting callers, handling inquiries, directing calls, and taking accurate messages.
• Sending acknowledgement letters — preparing, sending, and logging letters for applications, interviews, and other HR processes.
• Updating personal files — adding documentation, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring confidentiality.
• Updating the employee database — entering data, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with audits or corrections.
• Preparing templates — creating and maintaining HR templates such as contracts, offers, and appraisal forms.
• Checking weekly departmental timesheets — reviewing accuracy, verifying entries, and resolving discrepancies.
• Checking weekly employee clocking — reviewing clock‑in/out data, identifying anomalies, and coordinating corrections.
• Typing HR documentation — drafting and formatting letters or documents, proofreading, and ensuring timely completion.
