  • Curate and maintain an exceptional wine list with a focus on Italian and Old World wines
  • Conduct wine pairings and recommend selections to enhance guests' dining experiences
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and proper storage of wine and spirits
  • Lead wine tastings, staff training, and ongoing wine education
  • Collaborate with chefs to develop pairing menus and seasonal offerings
  • Ensure all service standards are met or exceeded

About you

  • Certified Sommelier (minimum WSET Level 2 or Court of Master Sommeliers Certified)
  • 3+ years experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Deep knowledge of Italian wines
  • Exceptional communication and guest service skills
  • Passion for hospitality and a refined palate
  • Ability to relocate and work legally in the Cayman Islands (visa/work permit support available)
  • Language required: English. Italian is a plus
