The company
Baï Chocolatier was born from a desire to reimagine the classic chocolate bar — to break the "dullness" and infuse it with excitement.
We’ve taken the simple bar and turned it into a joyful, indulgent treat, filled with the flavors of your favorite desserts. Ever dreamed of an Apple Crumble or a Yuzu Lemon Pie inside a chocolate bar? We did too — and then we made it happen.
Creating premium, high-end chocolate like this requires more than just passion — it demands the very best ingredients on the market. That’s why we collaborate exclusively with top-tier food and ingredient suppliers who share our commitment to quality. From ethically sourced cacao to carefully selected inclusions, every component is chosen with intention and integrity.
To maintain our standards and avoid unnecessary waste, we operate exclusively through pre-orders. That way, every bar is made just for you — and we remain a proudly zero food-waste Chocolatier.
