Front Office Agent

We are looking for a Front Office Agent for our 4-star superior property, be.HOTEL. 

The Front Office Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and providing clear information on hotel services, pricing, and local attractions.

This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process while promoting hotel services and amenities.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve guest inquiries professionally before, during, and after their stay.

Adherence to grooming standards and coordination with other departments are essential.

Additionally, the agent must be capable of handling cash responsibilities and ensuring the front desk area is always well-equipped and organized.

Requirements:

·       Passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Italian would be considered an asset.

·       Previous experience in hotel front office would be considered an asset.

·       Proficient in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

·       Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

·       Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
