Housekeeping Attendant

be.Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team.

The role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms to the highest standards, maintaining supplies, and ensuring guest comfort at all times. You will be responsible for reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests, and maintaining effective communication with supervisors. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to health and safety are essential.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring that all linen and guest amenities are in good condition and replaced as per hotel standards. You will also assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks and may be asked to support public area cleaning or laundry duties when needed. Familiarity with guest preferences and repeat visitors is encouraged to enhance the overall guest experience. All tasks must be performed with a high level of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.

Requirements:

·       Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.

·       Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues.

·       Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

·       Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
