We currently operate over 50 directly‑managed stores in Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Ningbo, Xi’an, Wuhan, Nanchang, Hefei, Wuxi, Wenzhou, Changzhou, Suzhou and other cities. We aim to expand our nationwide directly‑managed outlets to 100 within three years.

Job Requirements Well‑groomed appearance; eager to learn and explore; with integrity, earnest and pragmatic work attitude. Minimum 5 years of management experience in international five‑star hotels or high‑end Western‑dining establishments.
Candidates with Sommelier or WSET Level 2 / Level 3 certificates are preferred. Fluent English communication skills are preferred.
