Uninterrupted working hours with no fixed breaks
- Contributing to the maintenance of high standards of quality
- Independently managing a station (Gardemanger, occasionally Entremetier)
- Preparing and producing high-quality dishes to a 14-point GaultMillau standard
- Involvement in menu planning
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP
