A remote country hotel in one of Scotland's most beautiful corners is looking for front-of-house team members for a 4-week stint. Sea views, mountains, single-track roads — properly wild and properly beautiful.
The role Front of house in the hotel's restaurant and bar — welcoming guests, taking orders, supporting the team through a busy summer stretch.
The package
- £12.75/hour
- 40–50 hours/week (your choice)
- 4-week contract
- Live-in single room (some shared bathrooms; male and female separate)
- £50/week accommodation — negotiable
- Days off to explore the Highlands
Who I'm looking for Hospitality experience helpful but not essential. Reliable, warm, polished. Someone who'd genuinely enjoy 4 weeks somewhere remote — not someone counting the days until they're back in town.
