Coffe Specialist/Barista - Casa Brera

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Coffe Specialist. 

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related the Bar. 

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. 
• The starting date is estimated in May

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and service-oriented Barista / Coffee Specialist able to deliver an authentic, professional and memorable guest experience, in line with luxury hospitality and Marriott standards.

What you’ll do

• Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages according to company standards 
• Ensure quality, consistency, and speed of service 
• Properly operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and bar equipment 
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with HACCP standards 
• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to guests 
• Collaborate with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service 
• Monitor stock levels, products, and daily operational needs 
• Support the team during breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, or special events when required

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Barista 
• Excellent knowledge of Italian coffee culture 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment 
• Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset 
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit 
• Good command of the English language 
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
