Bartender with a View – Lead the Bar on a Stunning Greek Island

(August- October 2026)

Casa Mediterraneo Hotel is seeking a professional and dynamic Bartender to run our bar while also supporting breakfast service and guest welcome. This is a unique, hands-on position ideal for a motivated individual who thrives working independently, enjoys variety, and wants to make a visible impact in a boutique hotel setting.

Main Responsibilities (Primary Role – Bartender)

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Manage bar operations independently – including stock control and ordering of alcohol and soft drinks.

Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards.

Promote the bar and its offerings to guests and across the island.

Report directly to the Hotel Manager, with autonomy to run the bar as “your own domain”.

Secondary Responsibilities

Assist with breakfast service setup, basic food preparation, and clearing.

Welcome guests upon arrival, provide refreshments, and offer guidance.

Help with events and pop-up dinners that wil take palce at the hotel (food serving, drinks, ...).

Support other small-hotel service duties as needed.

Requirements

Previous bartender experience preferred but not mandatory; hospitality or boutique hotel experience preferred.

Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and bar management.

Highly motivated, independent, and able to take initiatives.

Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented.

Good communication skills; English required, Greek a plus.
