We are looking for a highly skilled and experieced Head Chef to lead our Pizzeria and Kitchen Team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep mastery of pizza making,strong Leadership capabilities and the drive to maintain high Standards of Quality and Efficiency.

About you
KEY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:minimum 8+ years working as a Professional Pizzaiolo with demonstrated kitchen leadership and Management skills.
OVEN EXPERTISE:Strong hands-on experience operating and maintaining a gas pizza oven.
DOUGH MASTERY:Expert knowledge of Rough Fermentation,hydratation tecniques,dough Reparation and Quality Control.
KITCHEN MANAGEMENT: Ability to supervife kitchen staff,manage inventory,control food costs and enforce strict food safety and Hygiene Standards.
WORK ETHIC:Calm under Pressure during Busy Services,detail-oriented and a strong Team motivator,.
- Language required: English. German, Italian, and Spanish are a plus
