Field operations assistant
About the job
The role — running the field operations day to day:
- Prepare apartments for guests,
- Manage move-ins and move-outs: oversee housekeeping, minor repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate service providers: renovation, furnishing, cleaning, electricity, wifi.
- Manage inventory and purchasing (furniture, appliances, apartment and common-space equipment), working with our interior design agency.
- Host guests at the Coco St Paul coworking space (Monday–Friday) and contribute to community events.
This is a hands-on role: coordinating service providers, meeting an international community, and taking initiative when urgent issues or unexpected situations arise.

About you
Profile:
- 1 to 3 years' experience in hospitality, facilities, or operational coordination.
- Organised, autonomous, resourceful, rigorous.
- Comfortable coordinating providers and meeting deadlines.
- Positive, people-oriented personality, at ease in an international, startup environment.
- Language required: English.
