About the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations in F&B service, bar, and guest relations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
  • Build strong connections with recurrent guests and foster lasting relationships.
  • Provide presentations of our farm and hotel to new guests.
  • Serve in the restaurant and support colleagues wherever needed.
  • Identify tasks proactively and take initiative without being asked.
  • Manage and motivate the team, especially during the busy summer months.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in food & beverage service and/or guest relations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Confidence in speaking with guests and presenting our concept with enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to take on different tasks and help across departments when needed.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
