About the job

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our Head Chef with the preparation and execution of daily meals.
  • Assist with kitchen organization, food preparation, plating, and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Be capable of taking responsibility for the kitchen during the Head Chef’s days off.
  • Work closely with the restaurant team and support colleagues whenever needed.
  • Show initiative, identify tasks proactively, and contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Help maintain a positive and efficient working environment, especially during the busy summer season.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in restaurant kitchens.
  • Currently studying or recently completed training in Culinary Arts / Kitchen Production (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and confidently manage kitchen operations when required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and motivated to learn and grow professionally.
