At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, our Sales team plays a vital role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s unique hospitality experience. From corporate accounts and events to leisure and group business, the team works closely with clients and internal departments to maximise revenue opportunities and deliver exceptional service.


We are currently recruiting for the position of Sales Manager to support the hotel’s commercial objectives and contribute to the continued success of the property.


This role is essential in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic sales initiatives in line with company goals and brand standards.


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and sales or CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Flexibility to attend meetings, events, and networking activities when required
  • A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills

Additional requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role within hospitality
  • Experience handling corporate accounts, group business, and event-related sales
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
  • Experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
  • Strong understanding of customer service standards and brand representation
