About the job
Established restaurant in Bang Tao seeks an experienced Western Head Chef.
Preference for a chef with strong Spanish or Mediterranean background, although exceptional candidates from other Western cuisines will be considered.
You will have full responsibility for kitchen operations, menu development, food cost control, staff training and maintaining consistently high standards.

Applicants should have previous Head Chef or Sous Chef experience in quality restaurants.

About you
Minimum 2 years experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment. Very strong performing Sous Chef candidates with relevant experience in high level operations will also be considered.
- Language required: English. Thai is a plus
