Die Rolle:
Die Gastronomie ist das wo Du dich zuhause fühlst?
Du berichtest an den F&B Manager und unterstützt Ihn in allen Belangen der gastronomischen Abläufe in den fünf Outlets im WunderLocke, einschließlich der Personalplanungen, Serviceabläufen sowie der Gewährleistung unserer qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen und Services Standards.

Überwachung des täglichen Betriebs in den Schichten, Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Service und Einhaltung hoher Qualitäts- und Präsentationsstandards.
Führung des F&B Service Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass es motiviert und produktiv ist und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice bietet.
Du bist flexibel und in der Lage, mit unerwarteten Situationen umzugehen und dich entsprechend nach Bedarf anzupassen.
Effektive Kommunikation mit Kollegen, Gästen und dem Management ist für dich selbstverständlich.
Du nimmst dich auch der kleinsten Beschwerden an, immer mit einer "can-do"-Einstellung
