Join the team at the No. 1 rated restaurant in Alhama de Murcia on TripAdvisor. El Alquimista is a premier Gastro Cocktail Lounge known for high-end service and a Michelin-standard à la carte menu. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our multi-award-winning chef in a fast-paced, professional, and rewarding environment. With regular flights from Ireland to Murcia or Alicante airport, it couldn’t be more simple to come and work in the Spanish sunshine.
Positions Available
Bar Staff: Crafting premium cocktails and providing top-tier service.
Waiting Staff: Professional floor service with a focus on guest experience.
Kitchen Staff: Assisting with preparation of food and back of house services.
What We Offer
Hours: Full-time (up to 40 hours per week).
Accommodation: available for the duration of the season.
Pay: Competitive rates (dependent on age and experience).
Work Environment: A friendly, high-energy team in a popular tourist hub.
EU Advantage: As we are hiring EU citizens, no work visas or permits are required.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience is essential.
Attitude: Professional, reliable, and a team player.
Language: Fluent English is essential. A working knowledge of Spanish is a bonus but not required.
Availability: Must be available for the full duration (minimum of June to August).
