About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Supervisor/Manager to join a busy and well-established hospitality operation during the peak summer season. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, enjoys leading international teams, and is passionate about delivering strong guest experiences during a fast-paced service period.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full Front of House operation (bar, floor, guest experience)
  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH team members
  • Manage staff scheduling and shift coordination
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Handle customer queries and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Work closely with kitchen and senior management
  • Monitor performance and drive improvements during peak service
  • Hours: Average 45 h / week


  • €16.50 – €17.50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Staff Accommodation Available: €125 per week Bills included (utilities covered). Close proximity to workplace. Designed to support relocation and savings during the season
  • ✈️ Additional Support Provided: - Relocation guidance to Ireland - Accommodation support & onboarding assistance - Travel guidance (including Dublin Airport transfer support) - Ongoing support throughout the contract

About you

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience as FOH Manager / Bar Manager / Restaurant Manager
  • Experience in high-volume or seasonal operations highly desirable
  • Pizza-focused or casual dining experience is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational ability
  • Fluent English required
  • EU/EEA passport or right to work in Ireland
